I always state two weeks for delivery because everything is custom made it takes a while for the products to arrive, however I will always endeavour to get your items to you in the quickest possible time. Please do get in touch if you have an urgent deadline and I will see what I can do for you.

Exchanges and returns are accepted on non personalised products but please note all tutus are made as custom items therefore returns will only be accepted should the item be faulty.
